The cost of care and residency at Spada Homes adult family homes is based on the level of care you need, room choice, and desired services.
STEP 1 - Complete the Level of Care form (complete and submit online or print & mail/fax back)
1a - We will reply with a cost estimation based on your needs and desires.STEP 2 - Schedule an in-person visit; think of this as 'educational'. No obligations or high pressure sales. You'll get to meet our care team and see first-hand why other residents love to call this home!
STEP 3 - We will meet in-person with the resident to ascertain his/her needs and provide a final cost rate (sometimes this can be done during step 2).
STEP 4 - Make your final decision.
How does our cost compare with other settings?
- It will cost 20% to 35% LESS than Nursing Home care;
- Less than the equivalent of 8 hrs per day of home care;
- Less than Assisted Living (if you need care);
- And MUCH LESS headaches and problems than finding, hiring, training, supervising and managing your own caregiver(s) from newspaper ads!
